Cancellation & Refund Policy - Shaka Gold Membership

We're a consumer advocacy organization, so it goes against our mission not to refund unused membership. That said, we encourage you to research activities in advance to ensure you'll save more than the membership costs before making a purchase.

Important: Not all businesses in Hawaii participate. Discounts apply only when booking directly with participating companies.

If a listed merchant doesn't recognize the program, call us at 1-808-871-7947.

If you purchased the membership but were unable to use it or misunderstood how it works, please email aloha@a3h.org with your refund request; include your Shaka Gold Card number. A 5% processing fee applies.
