I am the type of person that researches everything before doing it. With that said, I had to research HawaiiFun.org before I used them and what I found is they are a great group of people that will answer your questions and help you anyway they can.
I planned a 2 week trip to Hawaii (3 different islands) and was able to get a couple of 1/2 price deals on the web site. Unfortunately after arriving an emergency arose and we had to return home after a few short days. I contacted the companies we had reservations with and they stated they would honor the price when we were able to return.
We were lucky enough to return 9 months later and I was able to use the remaining reservations as well as obtain new ones. They companies that are on this site are great to work with. I did research other sites, my own deals and those on this site to get the best price and most of the time it was right here. Order your card ahead of time and try getting the 1/2 price tickets they are by far the best bargain you will find.
